Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Identify target audience preferences and create tailored content.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, news, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling, relevant, and shareable content (graphics, posts, videos, stories, etc.).
- Manage content calendars and post scheduling.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual elements.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Monitor discussions about the brand and industry and handle any social media
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns for better performance through A/B testing and analytics insights.
- Track budgets for paid campaigns and ensure optimal ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Provide insights on engagement, audience behavior, and trends to improve future campaigns.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Coordinate with the PR and events teams to amplify messaging and events on social platforms.
- Ensure social media strategies align with overall SEO and digital marketing efforts to improve brand visibility and website traffic
