Job Description – Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Hare Krishna! We are looking for a dedicated Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage online campaigns with a special focus on raising donations and generating leads. The candidate should be experienced in running mass campaigns through WhatsApp and email marketing, generating HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) leads, and using LinkedIn outreach effectively.
He/She must be able to set and achieve targets through social media analytics, strategic planning, influencer collaborations, and innovative campaigns. The role will focus on helping ISKCON Attapur grow by increasing reach, raising funds, building donor networks, and maximizing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Run ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop creative content for campaigns including videos, images, and graphics for social media marketing.
- Generate leads for online sessions, book distribution, and fundraising campaigns.
- Execute mass WhatsApp campaigns and email marketing.
- Raise funds through online donation campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and social media insights for performance tracking.
- Generate HNI leads through LinkedIn and arrange donor meetings.
- Collaborate with influencers for wider outreach.
- Achieve fundraising and campaign targets set by the temple.
- Increase book orders and Bhagavad Gita & Other Spiritual Books through social media.
- Promote temple festivals and special events (Janmashtami, Rath Yatra, Annadaan, Harinam, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital strategies for continuous growth.
- CSR Donations – Identify and connect with corporate entities, prepare proposals, and manage CSR donations (including invoicing and reporting).
Must Requirements
- Ads Expertise – Hands-on experience in running Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube ads.
- Content Creation – Ability to design videos, graphics, and posts for devotional and fundraising campaigns.
- Lead Generation – Proven skills in generating HNI leads, donor leads, and book orders through digital campaigns.
- Fundraising Campaigns – Experience in creating and managing online donation drives.
- Mass Communication – Knowledge of WhatsApp bulk messaging and email marketing tools.
- Analytics – Strong in Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and social media insights.
- LinkedIn Outreach – Ability to connect with HNIs and corporate donors through LinkedIn.
- Influencer Collaboration – Skill in identifying and collaborating with influencers.
- Target-Oriented – Must be able to set and achieve clear fundraising and outreach targets.
- Festival & Event Promotion – Ability to plan and execute campaigns for Janmashtami, Rath Yatra, Annadaan, Harinam, etc.
- Devotional Alignment – Must understand ISKCON’s mission and create content aligned with Bhagavad Gita, book distribution, and preaching activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in social media ads and online fundraising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience in email marketing and WhatsApp campaign tools.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Strong skills in data analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for ISKCON’s mission and devotional service; understanding of Vedic culture is a big plus.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month
- Reporting To: Head of Department
- Accommodation: Provided after 3 months of satisfactory performance.
