The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Rockstar who eats, sleeps, and breathes content. Someone who can spot trends before they go viral, understands branding like second nature, and can translate that into scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube.
This isn’t just about posting pretty pictures—it’s about building entire digital identities. You’ll work directly with the CEO, crafting strategy, shooting content, editing videos, and executing campaigns end-to-end. One day you might be brainstorming a 6-month content calendar, and the next, you’re on the floor shooting a behind-the-scenes reel.
What You’ll Do
- Trend Ninja → Always know what’s hot, what’s not, and how to use it to make SINGEM shine.
- Brand Builder → Create strong, consistent brand voices for SINGEM Group and its verticals.
- Content Creator Extraordinaire → Shoot, edit, and publish videos, photos, and stories that stand out.
- Organic Growth Hacker → Focus on smart, organic marketing that builds long-term communities.
- Strategy + Execution → Work closely with the CEO to plan big-picture content while also rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
- End-to-End Ownership → From brainstorming an idea → to shooting → to editing → to posting → to analyzing results. You own the process.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube (algorithms, hacks & content styles).
- A natural sense of branding & positioning (you can tell when a brand “feels off”).
- Hands-on skills in video editing, design, and content production.
- Experience in both long-term storytelling and short-term trending formats.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working directly with leadership.
- Basically: A one-person content army.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.76 per month
