Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and creative Social Media Expert with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and have a good understanding of paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads through effective targeting and ad optimization
- Monitor ad performance, analytics, and budgets to maximize ROI
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Conduct A/B testing and audience research to improve campaign results
- Stay updated with trends and changes in digital marketing tools and platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in running paid ads (Meta & Google)
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
- Basic knowledge of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Good communication skills and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently and deliver results

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
