Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for both our own brand and our prestigious luxury clients.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and cohesive brand representation.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge tactics into our social media strategies.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audiences, and respond promptly to user interactions and inquiries.
- Conceptualize and implement lead generation ad campaigns across various platforms, utilizing your expertise to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with luxury consumers.
- Utilize your knowledge of video editing and Photoshop to produce visually stunning and compelling multimedia content.
- Provide regular performance reports and analytics to showcase the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed accounts for B2C brands.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing lead generation ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- A keen eye for industry trends, digital culture, and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in video editing and Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
