Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with 2–3 years of proven agency experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful social media strategies, managing client accounts, building engaging content calendars, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and manage content calendars with a strong focus on brand voice, creativity, and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to brief and execute high-performing content (static, video, reels, stories, blogs).
- Manage and grow client relationships by maintaining consistent communication and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses and audience engagement.
- Implement and optimize social media optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to drive innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative agency (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and ORM is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field preferred.
