Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and implement a content calendar that aligns with brand goals and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to evaluate success.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, influencers, and other stakeholders to create engaging content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Work with customer service or PR teams for social listening and online reputation management.
- Support in influencer outreach and partnerships when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with video editing or content creation.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or media company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
