About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience in managing social platforms, content creation, and editing. The ideal candidate should be skilled at producing engaging content, managing brand presence online, and driving audience engagement through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Edit and enhance videos, reels, and images for social media using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar .
Develop creative concepts for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor, track, and report social media performance and engagement metrics.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where applicable.
Respond to audience comments, messages, and engagement in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong photo/video editing skills (basic to advanced).
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent .
Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and campaign performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
