Responsibility:-
- Build & maintain strong relationship with the customers by guiding them regarding the Beauty & Wellness products.
- Handling Social Media Platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer concerns, customer engagement & respond them promptly.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience via social media.
- Query handling & follow up with customers for their feedback & reviews to enhance our product.
- Collaborate with the designer to create informative posts & videos to educate customers about the product.
- Plan & execute strategies to grow the client base on social media.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
