Key Responsibilities
Content Updates:
· Regularly updating content to ensure it's relevant, accurate, and engaging for users.
Security Maintenance:
· Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect against hacking, malware, and other threats.
Performance Optimization:
· Monitoring and optimizing website speed, load times, and overall functionality.
Technical Maintenance:
· Ensuring the website's software, plugins, and themes are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Backup and Recovery:
· Regularly backing up website data to enable quick recovery in case of data loss or system failure.
User Experience (UX) and Accessibility:
· Regularly testing the website's usability and ensuring it's accessible to users with disabilities.
Website Analytics:
· Tracking and analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and other metrics to gain insights and improve the website's performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Excellent knowledge in website handling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and derive insights
- Creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness
- Experience in Canva or working with design teams is a plus
- Video editing or reels creation knowledge is an added advantage
