Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Write engaging and on-brand captions and hashtags
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns and collaborations
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
- Assist in influencer research and outreach, if needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of major platforms and content types
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to trends
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exposure to content creation (photos/videos/Reels)
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
