Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Shoot and edit short-form content such as reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes videos
- Research trends and viral content formats to create engaging posts
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop campaigns
- Write captions, hashtags, and creative copies aligned with the brand tone
- Monitor audience engagement and suggest ways to grow our follower base
- Assist in influencer research and collaborations
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of major social media platforms
- Strong creativity and a keen sense of visual storytelling
- Good communication and writing skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to use Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar basic editing tools
- Enthusiastic to learn and experiment with new content trends
- Interest in wellness, skincare, or beauty is a bonus
Educational Qualification:
- Any graduate (preferably in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields)
