Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Social & Brand Marketing Manager who can lead our brand presence across channels, campaigns, and communities. If you live and breathe content, love building brand equity, and understand what it takes to stand out in a B2B fintech space—this role is for you.You’ll own Tazapay’s social media, PR, content partnerships, internal branding, and creative storytelling. From crafting sharp LinkedIn posts to driving fintech media coverage to launching our next webinar series—you’ll help shape the face of the brand.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForSocial Media & Content
- Own the strategy, calendar, and execution for all social media platforms
- Collaborate with our in-house designer to create visually engaging posts
- Write, edit, and schedule content that resonates with fintech, SaaS, and global trade audiences
- Track performance and continuously optimize for reach and engagement
- Work with PR partners or independently pitch stories to fintech and business media
- Coordinate with leadership for quotes, interviews, and media features
- Help shape our executive voice and support LinkedIn ghostwriting or narratives as needed
- Manage internal branding elements: wall branding, event spaces, branding kits
- Ensure brand consistency across physical touchpoints and internal decks/templates
- Support culture and team-building storytelling when needed
- Manage planning and production of video interviews, podcasts, explainer videos and webinars
- Collaborate with product, and sales and partnerships to bring relevant stories to life
- Coordinate logistics, post-production, and promotions around each format
- Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partners and fintech influencers
- Manage brand partnerships end-to-end—from outreach to final asset distribution
- Build campaigns that create visibility and trust with high-intent audiences
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in brand, content, or social media marketing
- Prior work in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or tech startups strongly preferred
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, especially for LinkedIn
- Confident with Canva/figma or design tools to whip up posts if needed
- Ability to manage agencies, video editors, and freelancers
- Deep understanding of what makes B2B brands stand out on social & earned media
- Self-starter, ownership mindset, and comfortable working across functions
