Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on skin care, cosmetology, facials, treatments, and advanced skin services.
- Deliver curriculum as per Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech guidelines.
- Demonstrate professional techniques and supervise hands-on student practice.
- Guide students on client consultation, skin analysis, and treatment procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students for skill improvement.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in labs.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and events at the academy.
- Maintain professional conduct and discipline in classrooms and labs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Cosmetology / Skin Therapy from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in skin care, cosmetology, or beauty therapy.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of facials, clean-ups, advanced skin treatments, and cosmetology tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
