Roles and Responsibilities – Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping clients improve their mental health and overall well-being through effective therapy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, group, or family therapy sessions based on client needs.
- Evaluate clients’ mental health through interviews, observations, and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client goals and progress.
- Maintain detailed and confidential case notes, assessments, and records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other professionals when needed for holistic care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
- Stay updated on best practices, new research, and continuing education relevant to mental health therapy.
- Maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Comply with all relevant licensing requirements and ethical codes of practice.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
