Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, along with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and verify the usage of construction materials and record measurements.
- Prepare basic drawings, estimates, and reports.
- Communicate project progress and issues effectively to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Valid 2 & 4-wheeler driving license.
- Strong ability to manage teams and daily site operations.
- Knowledge of taking and verifying material measurements.
- Familiarity with basic drawings & project estimation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
