Job Profile:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Project Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple project sites. The role involves supervising the installation, execution, and progress of Central Airconditioning Systems at client locations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
The base location will be Guwahati, but the candidate must be willing to travel to different site locations as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning of Central Airconditioning Systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain quality and safety standards at all sites.
- Prepare progress reports and share regular updates with management.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC / Airconditioning projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of central airconditioning systems, ducting, and electrical connections.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
