Oversee daily site operations, manage and direct on-site staff, including workers and subcontractors
Implement and enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols
Monitor work progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues or deviations from plans
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution
Identify and resolve on-site issues, including conflicts, delays, and safety hazards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
