Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and villa projects
- Strong background in civil works
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple sites effectively
- Male candidates preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work quality
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Handle site-related issues and provide timely updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
