Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Greet and engage with customers, understand their specific interior design requirements, and preferences for modular furniture.
Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of modular furniture products, including features, materials, and design elements.
Sales & Consultation:
Offer expert advice on design elements, present product options, and recommend suitable modular furniture solutions to meet client needs and budgets.
Sales Closing:
Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to completing the transaction, to achieve sales targets.
Showroom Presentation:
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and displays products effectively to attract and inform customers.
Required Skills & Experience
Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of modular furniture types, materials, and current trends.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in furniture or retail sales is often required.
