Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range and ongoing promotions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Assist with inventory management and stock updates.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Coordinate with the back office and logistics team for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer databases.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
