- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand and present product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Provide information on pricing, warranties, and after-sales service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Update product displays and promotional materials as per marketing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
- Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
