Job Description:
We are looking for a Showroom Adviser to join our Fero Door showroom in Trivandrum. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and providing the best solutions to match their needs. The adviser will also support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers in the showroom
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits
- Prepare basic quotations and support sales team
- Maintain showroom display and ensure a customer-friendly environment
- Handle customer queries and follow up as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree qualification
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Computer knowledge is mandatory
- SAP / CAD drawing knowledge preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
