To assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the shop by supporting sales staff, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and helpful manner.
- Help customers locate products and carry items, if required.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in unpacking and displaying new stock.
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves, floors, and product areas.
- Help with basic billing or packing at the counter (if trained).
- Support staff with inventory checks and stock counting.
- Handle goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Run errands such as collecting supplies or delivering small items.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
