Position Summary:
The Pet Products Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable pet products, maintaining store displays, and supporting sales activities. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and a passion for pets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing pet food, toys, and accessories.
- Provide product recommendations and basic pet care guidance.
- Handle billing, sales, and stock arrangements.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
