Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cakes safely and timely using a scooty (must know driving).
- Handle customer calls politely and professionally.
- Manage and update inventory (cake items, packaging, tools).
- Assist in cake setup at luxury events/weddings.
- Support in cross-selling additional products (bouquets, toppers, add-ons).
- Understand and follow RTO and transport protocols during delivery.
- Coordinate with kitchen and event teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in bakery/event industry.
- Should know how to handle premium, tiered cakes and decor setups.
- Comfortable with multitasking and field + back-end work.
- Driving license + two-wheeler preferred.
- Good communication & customer service skills.

Pay: ₹11,414.84 - ₹33,194.20 per month
