Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Dispatching:Coordinating service appointments, managing technician assignments, and optimizing service delivery schedules.
- Customer Communication:Communicating with clients to schedule appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Resource Management:Ensuring the availability of necessary resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to support service delivery.
- Issue Resolution:Troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Client Support:Providing information and guidance to clients on accessing services and support, especially in challenging situations.
- Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implementing changes as needed.
