Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technicians & customers
- Maintain inventory levels
- Provide expert advice on car services
- Manage scheduling & billing processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolutions
Requirement:
- Service advisors build strong relationships with their customers so that they can give in-depth advice on what is best for them with regards to repairs, cleaning, maintenance, warranty, body work, insurance and more - everything needed to care for the vehicle.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-5 years off experience in after sales service.
- Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi)
- Knowledge of Automobile Services Industry.
- Experience of handling at least 30-35 cars at a time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
