About the Role
Healthy Jeena Sikho is seeking a dynamic digital marketing professional who can independently manage SEO, content creation, and social media strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work at the intersection of healthcare and digital growth, where your efforts will directly impact online visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities-SEO Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for better search rankings
- Manage link-building activities to improve domain authority
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Implement and monitor on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements
- Stay current with search engine trends and best practices
- Optimize WIX website structure for speed, SEO, and user experience (WIX knowledge preferred)
Content Writing Responsibilities:
- Create SEO-optimized blog articles, product/service pages, and email newsletters
- Write engaging and informative healthcare and wellness content
- Develop marketing copy for ads, social media, and website banners
- Proofread and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and grammar correctness
- Research healthcare topics to deliver value-driven content aligned with our brand tone
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Write posts, captions, and hashtags tailored to platform trends
- Create reels, stories, carousels, and other content formats using Canva or basic tools
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and manage the brand’s reputation
- Track insights and use data to improve future campaigns
- Integrate social campaigns with website (preferably via WIX)
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content writing, or social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.
- Basic understanding of website platforms; WIX knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Photoshop preferred
- Interest or experience in the healthcare/wellness sector is an advantage
Role Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Mohali / Chandigarh (On-site)
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience: 1-2 years(only) preferred
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 15 days preferred
- Bond: No bond (long-term commitment preferred)
- Growth Path: Performance-based promotions to Team Lead or Digital Manager roles
