Job Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium or UiPath Automation tool to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working as a Senior Individual Contributor on the automation testing efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your experience in creating robust test frameworks and your passion for quality will be critical in driving our testing strategies forward.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in both functional and automation testing, including writing and executing test cases for complex systems.
Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (Cucumber, Specflow, TestNG, JUnit, or similar) and programming languages like C#, Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript for scripting automated tests.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, with a strong attention to detail. - Familiarity with tools like Azure Devops Jira, TestRail, or similar for managing test plans, test cases, and defects.
Ability to develop robust and reliable test automation scripts that accurately execute and validate test case workflows.
Experience maintaining automated testing suites, ensuring they function seamlessly as applications evolve - Experience using Postman orSwagger similar tools for API testing.
Proven ability to create thorough test plans for feature enhancements to complex web applications and REST APIs, adhering to best practices.-->HttpClient or Rest sharp API Automation
Hands-on experience writing UI automation tests using Selenium or similar tools with .NET or compatible frameworks. - Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest. - Experience with git & GitHub version control systems.
Experience integrating automated tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth software deployment.
Experience in agile environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
A focus on delivering high-quality products, with a commitment to ensuring both functional correctness and excellent user experience.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
Atleast 1 year of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium with C#.
Must have experience in SQL Database Testing
CI/CD, RestSharp
Qualifications/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)
