Job Description
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
- Triaging high-priority MFT Support Tickets.
- Monitor and manage MFT jobs (GoAnywhere):
- Ensure successful file transfers between systems, partners, or clients.
- Proactively respond to failed or delayed transfers.
- Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve file transmission issues, connectivity problems, and protocol errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners for incident resolution. Any new process or change to an existing process to be documented and/or creating new SOPs.
- Perform impact analysis and manual testing.
- Ensure change management processes are compliant with audit requirements.
- Ticketing customer issues and tracking them to closure.
- Respond to functional queries and workarounds for file transfer and automation issues in Production and lower environments.
- Perform a root cause analysis for MFT issues reported by the customer/user.
- Collaborate with other product teams/stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assisted in MFT configuration to ensure various components communicated with one another.
- Lead customer discussions around status updates, functional training, and application workshops.
- Maintain quality as per SLA and the SOP.
- Should be flexible to work in IST 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of systems implementation/upgrade experience spanning the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, implement)
- At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical commercial contracting (chargebacks, purchase-based rebates, utilization-based rebates)
- Experience with Model N Flex or Model N Powered by N strongly preferred
- Cross-functional experience in pharmaceutical Medicaid and Government Pricing is a huge plus
- Demonstrative Experience with SQL querying and MySQL or PostgreSQL is a must.
- Demonstrative knowledge of any of the following tools is required: AWS Glue, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Informatica Power Center.
- Knowledge of SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers in SQL.
Candidate must be willing to work in a customer-facing role to support GoAnywhere (MFT).
