The Role
Adobe seeks an innovative and driven Senior Talent Collaborator for leadership hiring in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end executive searches (Director to VP) across engineering and tech domains in India.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and COEs to align on evolving talent needs and future capabilities.
- Build proactive pipelines for GenAI, ML, platform engineering, and senior IC roles such as Principals, Distinguished Engineers, Chief Architects, and Senior Research Scientists.
- Develop and implement search strategies using advanced sourcing tools and market insights.
- Manage executive candidates end-to-end, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Support global initiatives including interview training, calibration, talent insights, and succession planning.
- Deliver clear, data-driven updates on search progress, market trends, and candidate status.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process—from pipeline strategy to final selection.
- Represent Adobe in the talent market with impactful outreach and an outstanding candidate experience.
What you will need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong expertise in executive and leadership hiring within the technology space, with the ability to build comprehensive market maps, develop longlists, and engage passive talent through thoughtful and strategic outreach. You'll be comfortable managing both tech and non-tech leadership roles with equal ease and demonstrate strong research and sourcing skills to uncover exceptional talent. Your ability to build credibility and influence with stakeholders—will be key, along with confidence and agility to navigate ambiguity and execute in a fast-paced environment. A passion for recruitment, coupled with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, will set you apart. You’ll thrive as a collaborative team player within a high-performing, supportive recruiting team culture.
Desired Skills & Experiences Required
- 12+ years in executive recruiting, including around 8+ years in engineering/tech leadership.
- Strong grasp of India’s tech talent market, especially in Noida and Bangalore.
- Demonstrated skill in engaging, influencing, and building trust with senior leaders and collaborators.
- Effective collaborator with solid project management and organizational skills.
- Clear communicator with a talent for storytelling and delivering standout candidate experience.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed setup.
- Skilled in tools like Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent analytics platforms.
