Job Description
We're building our very first development team in India and we're looking for passionate engineers to help us lay the foundations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and fast growing fintech while working in a close knit, high impact team from the very beginning.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside smart, kind people in both India and Australia to design and build scalable software that really makes a difference. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and QA to ship quality code quickly and you’ll have a strong voice in shaping how we grow.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, and deploy full stack applications that are secure, scalable, and elegant
- Collaborate across regions with engineering, product, design, and QA teams
- Develop backend services and microservice/event-driven architecture
- Build polished and modern frontends
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile practices, CI/CD and code reviews
- Help shape architecture and technical direction as we scale
- Support application performance, uptime, and observability (SLOs)
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
- 3+ years of experience building UIs with React.js
- Proven experience building robust, complex, high-traffic web applications
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with modern frontend stacks - React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI
- Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ and third-party API integration
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
