2. JOB PURPOSE:
The SAS Fraud management system engineer will require to
manage design, modify, develop, write, and implement various SAS Fraud
Management Features including Fraud Rule coding, Workflow and UI configurations
and other tuning and enhancements
The candidate must be able to assist and play leading
roles in production rollout.
Mange handovers to support teams and close all phases
of the delivery life cycle.
The candidate would have proven experience of
delivering fraud management solutions for Tier 1 and 2 banks.
This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate
would be expected to assist the project team during the life cycle of the
projects and other agile/BAU work.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Experience in SAS Fraud Management suite of solutions and SAS
Fraud Framework.
- Hands-on
experience in SAS programing Language and scripting.
- Knowledge of various SAS Fraud Management solution components and
hands on expertise in setup and troubleshooting and managing
intercomponent communications.
- Expert in integration using SAS BOSS.
- Extensive knowledge in SAS FM API and various segments.
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting including performance
troubleshooting for SFM & VIYA solutions.
- Experience of managing hosting/deployment and configuration of
Solution on cloud service providers.
- Hands on experience in Linux, Shell scripting, JIRA, and SQL
query building experience (ORACLE PL/SQL)
- Experience in build and implementation of business requirements
and enhancement requests.
- Participating in project planning to decide on effort estimation
and timelines.
- Ability to collaborate with internal/business and other stake
holders to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience in Fraud Management Implementation for real-time
transaction processing, real-time alert generation, customer profiling
and analyst action integration.
- Expertise in configure, debug, and enhance Online decision engine
to integrate with various external systems for real-time transaction
processing.
- Expertise in building and configuring batch transaction
integration, demographic data integration and blacklist, and lookup list
creation.
- Hands on experience in Rule coding, tuning and management.
- In depth knowledge in working SAS Visual investigator solution.
- Experience in Implementation of SAS Visual investigator and
Report generation and management.
- Expertise in integration of SAS VA with various SAS components
and external data sources for reporting.
- Sound knowledge on multiple data source requirements and to
integrate with SAS TFS enterprise solution.
- knowledge in building case management workflow, Whitelist
creation, link analysis and Job configurations.
- Knowledge of SAS Fraud solution best practices to be able conduct
the assessment and develop guidelines to create/adjust models to
business specific situation and needs.

5. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualification &
Skills:
- The
candidate should possess either a graduate engineering degree or equivalent
qualification.
- Excellent
understanding of SAS Fraud Management with a desire to implement new
solutions for the bank.
- Candidate
must be technically astute and have had exposure to databases, scripting
and technical interfacing capabilities using various tools / languages.
- Should
have ability to work independently and within a team, and capable of
timely delivery.
- Candidate
must display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge & Experience:
· Experience
in SAS Fraud management solution implementation in multiple geographical
regions.
- Proven
ability in leading the build and operation of complex fraud technology
systems.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum
5 years of experience as a Build Engineer working in SAS Fraud
Risk Solution. Minimum overall experience as SAS SFM SME should be 10
years with latest experience in SAS SFM not being older than 2
years.
