As the Business Head of RazorpayX, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and spearheading revenue growth. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust understanding of banking partnerships and a proven track record in managing substantial revenues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term strategies and short-term tactics to achieve RazorpayX’s neo-banking vision.
- P&L Ownership: Act as the owner for P&L growth and sales strategy across business banking products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, banking, and partnerships teams to drive critical cross-functional initiatives.
- Banking Partnerships: Establish and maintain C-level relationships with top banks and financial institutions to align RazorpayX’s solutions with their strategic goals.
- Product Innovation: Identify new initiatives and products that RazorpayX could launch, planning market entry strategies accordingly.
- Market Analysis: Formulate a strong understanding of the competition and market landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in strategic roles with at least 5 years in leadership positions overseeing P&L.
- Banking Acumen: Strong connections with banks and a deep understanding of banking products and partnerships.
- Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in handling revenues exceeding $20 million.
- Industry Exposure: While fintech experience is advantageous, candidates from diverse industries with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
