Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (Voice and Non-Voice):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve issues, provide information, and address queries.
- Manage email and chat support, ensuring timely responses and resolution of customer concerns.
- Assist in providing product or service-related information and clarifications over calls and written communication.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database after each interaction.
- Process customer requests, follow up on pending queries, and track the progress of issues.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Input customer details, feedback, and service logs into CRM systems or relevant platforms.
- Prepare regular reports or summaries based on the customer interactions and feedback.
