We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of security staff at the assigned location
- Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and ensure manpower deployment is optimal
- Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems regularly
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
- Ensure adherence to all company security protocols and emergency procedures
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and report generation
- Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services if required
- Train and mentor security guards; provide ongoing guidance
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and incident logs
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Supervisor (industrial or commercial preferred)
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems
- Leadership and team management skill
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
- Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate
