Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and security within the hospital premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Support in managing emergencies and crises calmly and effectively.
- Assist in handling difficult situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospital/healthcare security preferred.
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations in a psychiatric hospital setting.
- Minimum qualification: [SSLC / Plus Two].
