Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. The role involves monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, disturbances, or hazards.
- Control access points and verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and security-related events.
- Escort visitors, employees, or valuables when required.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Operate security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and communication equipment.
- Provide assistance during evacuations, drills, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Minimum [X] education (High school diploma or equivalent).
- [Security license/PSARA license] as per local/state regulations.
- Basic first aid training (preferred).
Work Conditions:
- Shift-based work (day/night/weekends).
- Indoor and outdoor duties depending on site requirements.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,775.13 per month
