Specialize in supporting US customers with technical concerns related to security systems such as IP cameras, smart locks, and surveillance software. Provide remote setup assistance, troubleshoot firmware issues, and guide customers on secure configurations.

- Excellent communication and tech diagnosis skills
- Basic understanding of home networks
- Night shift commitment required
