Upgradation of existing product to be competitive in the market and exceed customer expectations - Design Competency development for engine peripheral systems and steering system
Lead & Drive the team of engineers for selection of specifications for engine peripheral systems (Air Intake Systems, Cooling Systems, Fuel System and Exhaust Piping & Brackets).
Define the design for Air intake, Exhaust, Fuel & Urea, Cooling based on requested vehicle model specification
Proceed development with design technical study and ensuring required evaluation
Communication with relevant department to secure the planned project schedule
(Entire vehicle team, Testing team, Purchase team, Production office, etc.)
Proceed design optimization & cost reduction for current running production to make company benefit better
Team management (Task tracking, Time & attendance, Resource planning, Guidance, Rating)
Weekly reporting project status to L2 & MFTBC L3 field query managing & solving issue in case there is topic
