Must have skills/ qualifications
- Should have knowledge on Six Sigma and Lean Techniques
- Trained and Certified in lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Modeling (Business Process Re-engineering)
- Bachelors or higher education degree with overall 8 to 12 years with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Process Improvement
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Client requirements, expectations (SLAs, performance parameters etc.), standards and process/procedures. Also have an end to end understanding of the client businesses we support and impact of the process metrics on the business outcomes.
- Drive Business Impact and productivity benefits for clients
- Ensuring that the baseline is set up for all new metrics added during transition of new processes or as applicable.
- Working on performance reporting for the ops teams, identifying areas of improvement and working on projects to support these. Raise red flags if there is a change in performance trend. Own / Drive lean & green belt projects
- Leading teams to quickly manage escalations, identify root cause, fix issues, build Corrective and Preventive actions and ensure sustainability of the improvements.
- Participate in Black belt / Business innovation projects / programs - Take ownership and drive Innovation campaigns and ensure closure of all shortlisted ideas
- Run internal lean Six Sigma projects like TAT improvement projects, productivity improvement projects, reduction in performance variation etc.,
- Assist the Pex lead to deliver high impact black belt projects and successfully complete those on schedule.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction improvement projects to improve CSS scores.
