Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile development teams, ensuring Agile principles are followed, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Guide teams to higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
- Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Protect the team from external distractions and help foster a culture of focus and continuous improvement.
- Track team progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Report on metrics such as sprint burndown, velocity, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to drive cross-team alignment and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
