Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of agility, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and enabling team productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
- Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain transparency through metrics.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and best practices.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience with at least 2–3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Work on transformative AI projects with leading global clients across industries.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, RAG, automation, and cloud-native AI.
