Qualification & Requirements :
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
- 1 years of experience as a scrub nurse in Cath Lab or Operation Theatre (mandatory for senior roles).
- Knowledge of cardiac procedures, sterile techniques, and emergency protocols.
- Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists during invasive procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker/ICD implantations, and electrophysiology studies.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field and scrub in for all procedures.
- Ensure all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready and sterile before each case.
- Monitor and support patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Handle specimens, medications, and equipment in compliance with hospital standards.
- Ensure proper post-procedure cleaning, sterilization, and turnover of the cath lab.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, inventory, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the cath lab team for emergency response during complications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in NABH or JCI-accredited hospitals.
- Familiarity with cath lab equipment and cardiac drugs.
- Calm, organized, and responsive in high-pressure environments.
- Basic computer skills for electronic documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
