We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students or professionals, covering the fundamentals and advanced concepts of SAP BASIS administration. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive SAP BASIS training modules, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration. Teach system landscape design, transport management, and client administration. Cover SAP BASIS topics such as system refresh, performance tuning, user administration, and database management. Provide training on SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and integration with other SAP modules. Conduct practical, hands-on labs and exercises for learners. Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest SAP BASIS features, tools, and best practices. Support learners with real-time project scenarios and problem-solving guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX). Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred. SAP BASIS certification is an added advantage. Preferred Skills Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and Cloud integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrades. Ability to create engaging e-learning materials.
