About the Role
We are seeking energetic On-field Sales Executives with prior experience in selling ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Marg, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting demos, and closing deals for NeuroERP in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with SMEs, traders, manufacturers, and CA/accounting firms.
- Conduct field visits, demos, and presentations showcasing NeuroERP’s features.
- Understand client pain points in accounting, inventory, and GST compliance, and offer tailored NeuroERP solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, negotiation, closing, and handover for implementation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide inputs on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Update sales activities, pipeline, and reporting in CRM tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven field sales experience in accounting/ERP software.
- Familiarity with accounting workflows, GST, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Finance or equivalent.
