Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to hiring professionals in Salesforce domains (Salesforce Architects, Developers, Consultants, Admins).
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and identify high-caliber Salesforce professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific Salesforce talent requirements.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Utilize various job portals, especially Salesforce community platforms, LinkedIn, and social media, to attract quality candidates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record in hiring Salesforce professionals (Developers, Architects, Consultants).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce certifications and skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
