Contract to Hire
Shift Timing : 03:00 PM to 01:00 AM (IST)
Salary : 10 LPA to 18 LPA
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Perform Salesforce admin functions like user account maintenance, profiles, sharing rules, reports, Dashboards, workflows, process builder, Data loader
- Work closely with Sales and Service teams and perform admin functions like Case assignment rules, Escalation rules, auto response rules, Macros, knowledge articles, content, surveys, live agent, email-to-case, Queues, fields, objects, workflows, formulas, Process builders etc.
- Create and maintain custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builders, flows, and other automation tools.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and ensure data integrity.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics, PowerBi, Contract Management CRM and omni channel is a plus.
- Experience in Salesforce org migration projects is an advantage.
- Perform admin functions on Third party applications like Click Tools, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, App Buddy, AWS.
- Key member of CRM Team to develop business and data requirements. Works closely with all Business e.g. ISO Sales, Location, claims etc. to understand business workflow and requirements to translate into Development requirements.
- Design automated processes to improve efficiency in business operations. Work with end users to troubleshoot any kind of salesforce related issues.
- Works closely with acquisitions and ISO subsidiaries to bring onto enterprise system including demonstrations, understanding of business requirements, data reconciliation, cleanup, Org migrations and import coordination from previous/existing system.
- Assists in providing hands-on training to all end-users. Assists in developing all step-by-step instructions for new and enhanced functionality.
- Critical member of project team to implement all service packs, upgrades, server changes.
- Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned including production of end-month Sales reports and other ad hoc reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum Four years of experience as Salesforce.com Administrator
- Sales Cloud Certification is preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator a plus.
- Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is preferred.
- Experience with Flosum or similar release management tool is preferred
- Must have a solid understanding of business processes.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Familiarity with data tools such as Data Loader or third-party data migration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with Sales Representatives, Business Management, and IT management & staff

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
