Position: Sales Trainee
Work Mode: Onsite (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound strategies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills Required:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Goal-oriented and self-driven
* Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or B2B business development is a plus.
